I’m a nail technician based out of Winona, Minnesota! I specialize in character art. I love a challenge when it comes to art. But my #1 goal is making sure you glow from the inside out! 🏳️‍🌈Policy’s👇🏳️‍🌈 Fill policy- I do not work over someone else’s nails. If you’re coming from another tech you must remove their nails before your appointment or book a removal of foreign nails as well. Deposit Policy - New clients are required to pay a non refundable one time deposit. This amount comes off your first appointment. If you cancel and schedule again, you’ll be required to pay another deposit. I highly recommend rescheduling over cancellation. Cancellation policy - 48 cancellation window. Any cancellation less than 48 hours before your appointment could result in 100% service charge. I am a human and I understand things happen. So please reach out before cancelling to possibly avoid these fees. No show/Late- a $10 late fee will occur to your appointment if you show up late without contacting me. 15 minutes late and you’ll be considered a no show. You will be charged a 100% service fee. If you no call no show, you’ll be required to pay a deposit for every appointment from then on. If you no show me twice, you’ll be banned from booking again. After hours- I can do appointments outside of working hours. There is a $25 fee added onto your service. Reach out to me if you need an appointment but can’t find time on my current schedule that fits your schedule.

Cancellation Policy

I charge a 100% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. If you’re late more than 15 minutes, you’ll be marked as a no show. Showing up late without reaching out ahead of time adds a $10 late fee. You will also be charged if I have to turn you away for not following my business policy. Deposits are non refundable.
